Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
- Own multiple projects from concept through design approval.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers on projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Support the Ops Engineering team during installation and commissioning.
- Work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits.
- Engage in high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Experience in design/innovation, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
- Management experience in engineering design projects.
- Proficiency in running SQL queries and data mining.
- Knowledge of material handling and storage systems.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with automated material handling equipment and Lean Principles.
- Experience with design-in-safety and process design.
