Responsibilities
- Participate in a matrixed team of engineers to support multiple processing facilities and launch sites.
- Develop, maintain, and upgrade cable harness assemblies for interfacing with spacecraft, dispensers, and launch vehicles.
- Specify and procure various test and support equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement hardware tracking/history processes.
- Define and implement Work Order and automated documentation processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
- Provide rotating on-call support for second and third shift operations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Electrical Ground Support Equipment development.
- 3+ years of experience with electrical harness development and fabrication.
- 1+ years of experience with instrumentation systems.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and working in tight spaces.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Passport and meet customs entry requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in relevant fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
