Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deliver hardware subsystems for satellite avionics.
- Support hardware development milestones, including various reviews and testing phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and operations engineering.
- Design PCBAs and lead design validation and qualification testing.
- Develop production acceptance test plans and support debugging efforts.
- Participate in design reviews and support requirement derivation for hardware subsystems.
- Assist in on-orbit operation and troubleshooting of avionics bus subsystems.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in hardware/software development across the product life cycle.
- Proficiency with schematic and layout ECAD tools.
- Experience debugging designs with microprocessors and power supplies.
- Familiarity with complex board designs and high-reliability systems.
- Preferred: 7+ years of experience with various electronic components and systems.
- Preferred: Experience with aerospace hardware qualification and integration testing.
