Responsibilities
- Define test strategy and optimize test setup/processes at the contract manufacturer.
- Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technologies to enhance production efficiency.
- Review datasheets and provide feedback on design practices.
- Drive test requirements and specifications with the hardware development team.
- Work with design engineers to provide design for testability feedback.
- Investigate and troubleshoot yield issues during production builds.
- Develop test station procedures and preventative maintenance plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations of electronic devices.
- Experience in schematic capture and HDI board layout.
- Analog design expertise and circuit design experience.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- MS or PhD in relevant engineering fields preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of quality metrics.
