Responsibilities
- Define test strategy and optimize test setup/processes at contract manufacturers.
- Introduce new manufacturing test technology to improve production efficiency.
- Review datasheets and schematics, providing feedback on design practices.
- Collaborate with hardware development team on test requirements and specifications.
- Troubleshoot yield issues during prototype and production builds.
- Ensure hardware designs meet test coverage standards to avoid defects.
- Develop test station procedures and training for production support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations of electronic devices.
- Experience with ICT/FCT development and contract manufacturers.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and HDI board layout.
- Analog design expertise, including power supplies and signal measurement.
- Circuit design experience with microcontrollers and firmware.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to travel internationally.
