Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Responsible for electrical circuit design for RF and communication payloads.
- Analyze designed circuits for performance using software tools.
- Perform electrical design and layout trade studies for subsystems.
- Facilitate cost trades for design configurations.
- Deliver documentation and reports for technical design reviews.
- Design and support test campaigns for space hardware.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of hardware development experience.
- 5+ years of electrical engineering work experience in relevant fields.
- Proficiency with schematic and layout ECAD tools and PCB design.
- Master's or PhD degree preferred.
- Experience with complex board designs and satellite systems.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with government agencies.
