Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Design electrical circuits for RF and communications payloads.
- Analyze circuits using software tools for performance and characterization.
- Conduct electrical design and layout trade studies for sub-systems.
- Facilitate cost trades for multiple configurations.
- Deliver documentation, reports, and presentations for technical reviews.
- Design and support test campaigns for space hardware.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of hardware development experience across the product life cycle.
- 5+ years of electrical engineering work experience in relevant fields.
- Proficiency with schematic and layout ECAD tools and PCB design.
- Experience with complex board designs and space hardware.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or C/C++.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with government agencies.
