Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted extension of the VP, managing delegated workstreams and action items.
- Oversee multiple hardware development programs, ensuring they are on schedule and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams in different geographic locations.
- Lead the drafting and coordination of annual and multi-year Operating Plans.
- Develop detailed project scopes and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using project management tools.
- Assist in organizational design and team-building activities as the organization scales.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of program status and prepare executive briefings.
Job Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of technical program management experience.
- Experience in managing hardware engineering programs and developing Work Breakdown Structures.
- Familiarity with avionics or space hardware qualification processes.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred knowledge of broadband LEO satellite constellations and systems-level development.
- Understanding of technical domains such as RF hardware development and modem hardware development.
