Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted extension of the VP, managing delegated workstreams and action items.
- Oversee multiple concurrent hardware development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across teams in different geographic locations.
- Lead the development of annual and multi-year Operating Plans (OPs) in collaboration with the VP and functional leaders.
- Develop detailed project scopes and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to ensure proper resource allocation and milestone definition.
- Assist in organizational design and team-building as the hardware development organization grows.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of program status and prepare executive briefings and communications.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of technical program management experience.
- Experience managing hardware engineering programs and developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Familiarity with avionics or space hardware qualification processes.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Preferred knowledge of broadband LEO satellite constellations and systems-level development.
- Background in RF hardware development or Silicon/ASIC development flow.
