Responsibilities
- Design and execute user research programs targeting over 2,000 customer engagements annually.
- Lead onsite user research events to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Manage the AV Products Lab for testing and demonstration purposes.
- Support monthly business reviews and manage capacity planning for the product team.
- Serve as scrum master for agile delivery cycles, facilitating team meetings and tracking metrics.
- Coordinate hardware procurement and installations for product testing.
- Produce high-profile communications and updates for stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management.
- Experience in building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- 3+ years of Audio Visual experience.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
