Responsibilities
- Work closely with EE design engineers to examine individual PCBs and their interconnections.
- Perform simulation and hands-on characterization of circuits and systems.
- Partner with design leads for design verification and validation tasks.
- Engage with manufacturing teams for smooth roll-out in new product introduction (NPI).
- Support backend design activities including RMA, FA, and customer interfacing.
- Analyze designs, component data sheets, user guides, or schematics for insightful decisions.
- Collaborate as an active team member with other EE design engineers.
Job Requirements
- BS or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Electrical Hardware with hands-on lab experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of hardware components and software controls.
- Proficiency in debugging and probing techniques for various communication protocols.
- Understanding of PCB design fundamentals and technical tradeoffs.
- Prior experience with Python/MATLAB for test automation and data visualization is a plus.
