Responsibilities
- Work closely with EE design engineers to examine PCBs and their interconnections.
- Perform simulation and hands-on characterization of circuits and systems.
- Collaborate with design leads on design verification and validation tasks.
- Engage with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth roll-out in new product introduction (NPI).
- Support the EE team in backend design support including RMA, FA, and customer interfacing.
- Analyze designs, component data sheets, and schematics to inform decisions.
- Utilize Python/MATLAB for test automation and data visualization.
Job Requirements
- BS or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Electrical Hardware or product space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of hardware components and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.).
- Knowledge of PCB design fundamentals and debugging techniques.
- Experience with test automation and data visualization using Python/MATLAB.
- Experience in motor control and/or RF/analog design is a plus.
