Responsibilities
- Design the system architecture and interfaces, including electrical circuit design.
- Collaborate with developers to create the system.
- Provide technical support to customers and sales personnel regarding embedded PC hardware and software.
- Conduct pre-sales and post-sales technical assessments and feasibility testing.
- Address field issues and interact with field sales personnel.
- Develop hardware and software demonstration prototypes for sales and marketing.
- Meet physical requirements related to the role.
Job Requirements
- BSEE or BSCE from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in installing and troubleshooting PC hardware.
- Experience with PC application coding in languages like Visual Basic and C.
- Knowledge of x86/CISC and RISC based PC architecture.
- Proficiency in using electronic troubleshooting equipment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
