Responsibilities
- Lead system integration planning and execution across the full product lifecycle.
- Define and manage the system integration strategy, including integration sequencing and interface definition.
- Support and maintain system architecture and integration requirements across hardware and software domains.
- Coordinate end-to-end integration activities across embedded firmware, mechanical components, and cloud-connected services.
- Partner with Systems, Software, and Hardware Engineering to ensure clear requirements and resolve integration issues.
- Support system-level verification and validation to ensure integrated systems are test-ready.
- Communicate integration risks and technical trade-offs, leading technical reviews and mentoring team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field with relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading system integration for complex products.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and interface control.
- Experience in regulated product development environments, preferably medical devices.
- Hands-on experience collaborating across hardware, software, and systems disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
