Responsibilities
- Design sub-assemblies to meet design goals and specifications.
- Analyze designs using empirical, numerical, and experimental methods.
- Construct prototype tools and fixtures for development.
- Design hardware supporting product features, including specifications and circuit designs.
- Evaluate and select components and technologies for designs.
- Develop and document experimental analyses and test methods for design reliability.
- Lead technical design reviews and document engineering changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in product/process development.
- Technical knowledge of subsystems and design protocols.
- Proficiency in computer applications including spreadsheets and databases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a matrixed and diverse business environment.
