Responsibilities
- Perform entry-level field service tasks and identify technical issues.
- Review material lists and ensure availability of necessary equipment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience.
- Good mechanical experience; electrical and programming skills preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC communications and robotic peripheral equipment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality service.
