Opto Mechanical Engineer

The position is for a senior opto-mechanical engineer at Infleqtion, focusing on utilizing quantum technology for sensing and computing applications.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support product development lifecycle
• Design systems for various environments while maintaining precise optical alignments
• Analyze and prove designs' performance through simulations and tests
• Develop characterization procedures and execute structured test plans
• Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting and diagnosing design quality problems

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields and at least 2 years of industry experience
• Proficiency in opto-mechanical design, SolidWorks, GD&T drawing practices, and optical test equipment
• Strong systems engineering skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude with attention to detail
