Electrical Engineering Intern (Spring 2025)

Zipline is seeking an intern to join their Emerging Talent program to contribute to building an instant logistics system for critical healthcare supplies using autonomous delivery drones.

• Contribute to developing novel solutions for ground systems to enable unprecedented scale and efficiency.
• Work on projects such as prototyping battery charging electronics and architecting ground support electronics.
• Collaborate with different teams including software and mechanical engineers, hardware test and manufacturing, and operations and field support.

• Must have completed at least the second year of undergraduate studies.
• Experience in designing and testing custom circuit boards.
• Worked on projects involving moving objects under their own power.
• Collaborated on projects as part of a group.
• Strong individual contributor with a good grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to define requirements, develop creative solutions, and conduct testing.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to various stakeholders.
