Sr. Electrical Engineer

DMF Lighting is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer experienced in Analog and Power Electronics for product development, focusing on LED lighting designs.

• Lead the design and qualification of industry-leading LED driver technology.
• Prepare engineering specifications and qualification plans for new product development.
• Perform detail hardware design and provide guidance for PCB layout.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, cost, and quality goals.
• Follow and refine the company's product development process and conduct design reviews.

• 5 years of experience in product development for consumer or industrial electronics.
• Hands-on experience with power supply topologies, magnetic design, EMC design, and regulatory certification.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to drive projects, establish goals, and facilitate teamwork.
• Experience with microcontrollers, wireless SoCs, and overseas manufacturing partners is a plus.
• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering required, Masters preferred.
