Solutions Engineer

The role of Solutions Engineer at Vori involves supporting the overall availability of the product offering, accelerating customer deployments, and building a world-class operations team.

• Understand the VoriOS system end to end and interdependencies
• Define and configure system specifications based on customer needs
• Configure and maintain data mappings and reconciliation
• Install, deploy, test, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and systems
• Ensure hardware and software integration prior to customer launch
• Train staff on system procedures with the Onboarding Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent
• Strong technical project management experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Regex, and scripting, willingness to learn new technologies
• Analytical and spreadsheet skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with rapidly changing environments, ability to deliver results autonomously
