Test Automation Electrical Engineer

The role involves developing automated test solutions for Rivian's electrical hardware, including various systems like ADAS and battery management.

• Design modular and reusable automated test equipment
• Define test requirements and system definitions
• Design custom test PCBAs and rack-based test systems
• Create documentation for test automation systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and technicians
• Own test system documentation

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• 7+ years of experience in designing electrical hardware for test automation
• Ability to read electrical circuits and schematics
• Experience in automotive, semiconductor, or aerospace industries
• Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols and industrial buses
• Hands-on hardware integration experience
• Experience with automation instrumentation
