Manufacturing Process Engineer

Aescape is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the manufacturing process for their AI-driven massage therapy robot.

• Optimize manufacturing processes and designs for high-quality and cost-effective production.
• Conduct experiments to validate process improvements and ensure high-yield results.
• Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in product design and development to optimize production efficiency.
• Monitor production performance and address any issues that arise.
• Drive manufacturing velocity and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with SolidWorks and other design software tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.
