Artyc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help commercialize new products and enhance production processes in the field of decarbonizing cold chain logistics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee contract manufacturing processes for PCBA and mechanical assembly
- Participate in product design reviews and provide input
- Lead Defect, CAPA, NCMR, FMEA, and Change Management activities
- Ensure supplier control plans and quality assessments are implemented
- Author, review, and approve manufacturing/qualification documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Passion for solving tough electromechanical problems
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Up to 30% travel internationally and domestically
- Experience in root cause analysis and lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of QA protocols and refrigeration systems
