Electrical Engineer (Power)

Amazon is looking for a Power Engineer to work on integrating power supplies and batteries into industrial automation products.

• Design Industrial Electrical Control Panel schematics
• Review specifications for safety compliance
• Specify and deploy power supplies and batteries in automation equipment
• Ensure power system specifications meet customer needs and regulations
• Coordinate engineering activities for projects
• Write functional specifications and test procedures
• Support product releases and deployments

• Experience with prototyping and implementation
• Strong understanding of electrical connections and components
• Ability to lead technical teams and conduct design reviews
• Proficiency in system design and testing practices
• Experience in designing batteries or supercapacitors
• Expertise in electrical cabinet design tools
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
