Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Engineer Internship – 2025 (US)

The role is for an ASIC Engineer Intern at Amazon.com Services LLC, offering a full-time internship position with specific working hour norms and locations across the United States.

• Participate in logic design, verification, and post-silicon validation for Amazon custom silicon solutions.
• Work with physical design teams to meet performance and area requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of end customer requirements and execute design automation mechanisms and flows.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Commit to working 40 hours per week for a 12-week internship.
• Experience in C/C++ and system Verilog coding.
• Knowledge of schematic design, debug skills, and RTL development.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with an expected conferral date between October 2025 – December 2028.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
