Technical Operations - Systems Engineer

The role is for a Technical Operations - Systems Engineer at Ethicon, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, located in San Lorenzo.

• Partner with major segments of the organization to interpret business strategies and objectives for implementation or integration of appropriate engineering and business systems.
• Manage and support base business systems and applications, including electronic batch record and exception reporting.
• Lead and support complex systems projects from creation to implementation.
• Maintain positive business relationships and demonstrate understanding of customer's business and processes.
• Create and maintain critical business systems, manufacturing software applications, and support custom systems/software projects.
• Ensure safe working conditions in the Technical Operations Department.
• Lead the implementation and communication efforts of new programs/processes/systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Informational Systems, Computer Science, Business, or Science.
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English.
• Knowledge of IT technology, FDA guidelines, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Project management skills and influencing skills.
• Results-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior ERP system knowledge and Supply Chain integration experience.
• Advanced digital literacy and proficiency in software applications.
