Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer at Sidus is responsible for defining and executing the technological roadmap to meet clients’ requirements in the aerospace sector.

• Serve as a technical liaison between management, shop, and quality functions.
• Create manufacturing routers based on engineering drawings.
• Resolve manufacturing problems to maintain production schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering for design improvements.
• Develop process enhancements for production and quality.
• Support production activities and customer concerns analysis.
• Participate in technical data package reviews.

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience or Master's with 3+ years.
• Strong background in machining, sheet metal, tooling, and composites.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, welding, and mechanical assembly processes.
• Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 certified manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and MasterCAM.
• Understanding of aerospace standards and material selection.
• Ability to travel <10% of the time.
