Electrical Engineer I, Mixed Signal

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, Mixed Signal based in Scottsdale, AZ to design, analyze, construct, and evaluate electronic audio circuits while ensuring compliance with safety and EMC standards.

• Design, analyze, construct, and evaluate electronic audio circuits
• Devise solutions to technical problems in products
• Use tools to create and improve product designs
• Define project schedules and keep tasks on track
• Integrate digital elements with product design
• Write basic software to validate hardware
• Perform other assigned duties

• Advanced design, analysis, and debugging skills for electronic circuits
• Proficiency in analog audio design
• Familiarity with PCB layout and serial bus protocols
• Experience with Bluetooth/WiFi radios, ARM processor platforms, and memory interface circuits
• Knowledge of EMC design practices
• Ability to construct and solder electronic circuits
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills
