Electrical Engineering Internship- Summer 2025

The role is for an electrical engineering student to join the hardware development team at SPAN, a company focused on electrification and decarbonization.

• Create electrical prototypes from concept to testing.
• Design schematics and layouts using Altium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Analyze electrical component specifications for part selection.
• Build and test prototype components and assemblies.

• Working towards a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Hands-on experience with mixed signal circuit design.
• Proficiency in PCBA design tools like Altium or KiCAD.
• Familiarity with high-level coding languages like Python.
• Passion for renewable energy and energy storage.
• Bonus qualifications include experience in solar applications and firmware design.
