Electrical & Control Systems Design Engineer

The company is looking for Electrical Engineering graduates to provide engineering and design services, focusing on electrical & control system design primarily using AutoCAD and AVEVA. The role involves office work with opportunities for field investigations and validation for pipeline and utility designs.

• Support electrical & control system design services
• Perform design development, arc flash, and distribution calculations
• Develop single line diagrams and equipment specifications
• Coordinate with vendors and other engineering disciplines
• Lead design responsibilities and project engineering
• Interface with clients and construction contractors
• Conduct field investigations and provide construction support

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and potential to learn AVEVA, Microstation, AutoCAD Civil3D, and/or Plant 3D
• B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1-2 years of working experience preferred
• Prior AutoCAD experience or relevant training required
• Ability to learn new software, standards, and work in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Effective communication skills in verbal and written form
