Mechanical Engineering Intern (Winter/Spring 2025)

Formlabs is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to contribute to the design, assembly, testing, and evaluation of 3D printers.

• Design, assemble, test, and evaluate the performance of 3D printers.
• Participate in design reviews and help solve design, engineering, and manufacturing problems.
• Build prototype components and assemblies using in-house facilities.
• Assist with direct communications to vendors and suppliers to overcome production challenges.

• Desire to learn more about engineering design and product development.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical systems.
• Previous internship or work experience in a related field.
• Up-to-date resume and portfolio showcasing previous experience.
