Graduate Intern - Circuit Design Engineer

The role involves assisting with SRAM compiler development and contributing to multidimensional designs of complex integrated circuits at Intel.

• Assist with SRAM compiler development
• Determine architecture design, logic design, and system simulation
• Define module interfaces/formats for simulation
• Contribute to the development of multidimensional designs
• Analyze equipment and conduct experimental tests

• Actively pursuing an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 6+ months of experience in Spice simulation, characterization, design automation, and architecture exploration
