• Resolve engineering problems through analysis and adaptation of techniques
• Implement lean methodologies and tools for manufacturing efficiency
• Develop manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Evaluate electrical systems and products
• Design and modify equipment and practices for manufacturing
• Establish labor standards and improve material flow
• Adhere to safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
• 0-4 years of aircraft manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in planning practices and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of analytical and statistical tools
• Experience with lean production concepts
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders and work under pressure
