Manufacturing Engineer

The role involves being part of the Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) responsible for managing actions to enhance current model quality, with a focus on addressing ECB/BSAQ/VRT/Quality issues, leading Variability Reduction Team functions, driving continuous improvement, supporting in plant trials, and managing overall PVT program and budgets.

• Maintain Process Sheets/PFMEAs/Corporate Process Initiatives
• Support VOME Core Projects and plant trials
• Manage PVT program and budgets
• Support containment on Stop Ships
• Support 6-Sigma efforts
• Support new model launches and COP Health Chart Assessments
• Coordinate PVT launch activities

• Experience with Teamcenter, Black Belt, AutoCAD/Inventor
• Strong computer skills and communication abilities
• Working knowledge of statistics
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Experience with tooling, processes, and facilities
