Responsibilities
- Participate in technical development projects and hardware refresh efforts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution
- Perform Backup/Restore/Disaster Recovery, Hardware/System Monitoring, and System Maintenance
- Maintain user and service accounts
Job Requirements
- Experience with Linux and Windows
- Experience with networking technology
- Ability to work onsite in a closed laboratory environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to cover off-hours shift work as required
- Ability to obtain Security+ CE Certification within six months
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
