Responsibilities
- Review and develop assembly drawings and work instructions
- Evaluate assembly tooling and equipment requirements
- Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and Change Control Board (CCB) activities
- Monitor daily production activities and make efficiency recommendations
- Provide manufacturing assembly flow charts and floor layouts
- Coordinate technical product interpretations for assembly tools and fixtures
- Actively participate in Lean projects and activities
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work with diverse groups
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- 1-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Knowledge of Lean Sigma concepts and tools
- Willingness to travel as required
