Amazon Robotics is looking for a Cross Functional Technical Program Manager to work on next-generation robotic system design and support existing automation technology.

• Manage full project lifecycle of innovative programs for Amazon's warehouses.
• Serve as liaison between various departments for program management.
• Contribute to Amazon's next-generation fulfillment technology.
• Drive continuous process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to drive adoption of program management best practices.
• Experience in complex automated material handling equipment and systems.
• Skilled in mentoring engineers and technical program managers.
