Mechanical Engineer Intermediate

The role involves engineering and design responsibilities for compressor lubrication and dry gas seal support systems developed in compliance with industry standards at Sundyne, a global manufacturer of precision-engineered pumps and compressors.

• Work on rotating equipment and auxiliary support systems
• Review customer order scope and technical specifications
• Provide input into design of support systems, P&ID reviews, seal support systems, etc.
• Create bills of material and approve engineering drawings
• Provide troubleshooting support for assembly and testing activities
• Stay updated on new technology and assist in winning new business
• Provide consultation to Field Service for start-up/commissioning and troubleshooting

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, MS a plus
• 3-5 years of related engineering experience
• Sound engineering judgment and decision-making skills
• Travel to domestic or international sites required
• Structural Design knowledge, FEA e.g. Ansys a plus
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and an excellent team player
