Packaging Engineer

The position is for a Packaging Engineer at eos Products, responsible for packaging development initiatives from concept to commercialization, working with cross-functional partners.

• Work with external vendors and internal teams to develop secondary packs and manage quality
• Focus on secondary packaging development and merchandising structures
• Discover new products/technology for innovative and sustainable packaging
• Manage technical timelines, testing protocols, and plant trials
• Collaborate with Quality team and troubleshoot production deviations
• Conduct packaging component testing and maintain packaging specifications
• Identify new suppliers and design eye-catching packaging for sales growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• 1-3 years’ experience in Beauty and/or CPG environment
• Willingness to learn new technical areas
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
