Jr. Mechanical Engineer

The position is an entry-level Engineer role focusing on designing mechanical equipment for marine and industrial power generation and propulsion equipment.

• Design and document components for AC Power generation equipment
• Create assembly drawings and manuals
• Perform calculations and ensure designs comply with codes
• Size and select mechanical components
• Maintain engineering documentation
• Provide mechanical engineering support
• Assist in the assembly of Engineering prototypes

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 0-3 years' experience in related tasks
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and construction methods
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks Draftsight
• Understanding of mechanical engineering design principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
