Ameritex Machine and Fabrication is seeking Engineers to support their manufacturing operations in Conroe, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Analyze engineering models/drawings for fabrication operations sequencing
- Prepare quotes considering materials, tooling, and operations
- Collaborate with various teams to meet customer requirements
- Source materials and services
- Create and modify CAD models and blueprints
- Develop CNC programs for parts
- Manage quote logs and KPI tracking
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD platforms
- Knowledge of sheet metal design and fabrication
- Ability to communicate design feedback with customers
- Experience with sourcing materials and outside services
- Familiarity with solidworks and GD&T
- Strong organizational and communication skills
