Junior Manufacturing Engineer

The job is for a Manufacturing Engineer at Tricolor Holdings, an integrated retail and financial services company providing vehicle sales and financing.

• Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes for vehicle reconditioning
• Lead initiatives to implement Lean manufacturing techniques
• Continuously evaluate and optimize existing processes
• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions and SOPs
• Train and mentor production staff and conduct root cause analysis for quality issues

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and automotive processes
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
