Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems, including structural components and thermal management systems.
- Integrate mechanical systems into spacecraft and satellite platforms.
- Create and execute test plans for mechanical systems.
- Address and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration and performance issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of mechanical system design, structural analysis, and thermal management.
- Proficiency with engineering tools and software like SolidWorks and ANSYS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Secret and/or a TS/SCI clearance.
