Robotics Engineer Intern - Summer 2025

The role involves participating in developing and maintaining knowledge of Relativity's Stargate-Class 3D printer design to contribute to the assessment of proposed design changes and their impact based on test evidence.

• Participating in developing and maintaining knowledge of 3D printer design
• Contributing to the assessment of proposed design changes
• Impact assessment based on test evidence
• Collaborating with a team of engineers and scientists
• Working on additive manufacturing projects
• Implementing algorithms for calibration and motion control
• Developing software and controls for industrial robots

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field
• Experience with algorithms for calibration and motion control of robotic systems
• Software development for industrial robots
• Proficiency in Python and C++ for hardware interfacing software
• Strong Digital Signal Processing skills
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Prior experience in aerospace not required
