• Learn real-world application of engineering practices
• Collaborate in brainstorming and ideation sessions
• Create 3D CAD of parts and assemblies
• Build prototypes and mockups
• Plan, execute, and report engineering tests
• Collaborate on design reviews and decision making
• Have ownership of projects

• Pursuing an engineering degree or recent grad
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on approach and comfortable with prototyping
• Basic understanding of materials, mechanisms, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software
• Ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Curious to learn new skills
