Responsibilities
- Assist in research, design, and development of manufacturing processes
- Coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products
- Analyze and test various tools and equipment for manufacturing methods
- Identify parts and tools needed for manufacturing goals
- Perform tool design and re-engineering of existing parts
- Represent manufacturing on cross-functional teams
- Implement waste elimination initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of relevant engineering applications
- Proficiency in Computer Assisted Design (CAD)
- Strong analytical, technical, communication, teamwork, business acumen, adaptability, planning/organizing, and professionalism skills
