Mechanical Engineering Internship (Arlington, Texas)

The role is an internship in Mechanical Engineering at Huntsman for the 2025 Summer Engineering Internship Program.

• Assist in the development of Asset Life Plans, troubleshoot equipment failures, and identify corrective actions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities related to troubleshooting efforts.
• Participate in project scope and cost estimate development.
• Work on installation, testing, and commissioning of newly installed devices.
• Lead small projects from conception through completion.
• Attend project team meetings and provide status updates.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and guidelines.

• Must be a full-time college student at the Sophomore, Junior, or Senior level by the end of Spring 2025.
• Enrolled in an accredited university seeking a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Knowledge of chemical plant manufacturing principles and methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and computer skills.
