R&D Engineer II/III

The R&D Engineer II/III will lead the design and development of new products within the existing portfolio and new markets for Quest Medical.

• Conduct product design activities including 3D modeling and rapid prototyping.
• Design and develop electromechanical systems to support product development.
• Generate technical drawings, datasheets, and schematics.
• Lead design for manufacturing activities and assembly procedures.
• Participate in safety hazard analysis and risk assessment.
• Perform design verification and validation activities.
• Support marketing and clinical assessment of new products.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in product design and development with project management experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and electromechanical systems.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in CAD programs and relevant programming languages.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation practices.
• Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
