Industrial Engineer, Prime Air

Amazon Prime Air is looking for an experienced lead Industrial Engineer to standardize processes in the drone assembly site.

• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead comprehensive studies and analysis to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Drive drone producibility requirements and production system design
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on drone demands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet functional and compliance requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering
• Experience in automation, lean manufacturing, and warehouse environment
• Proficiency in Process Capability Analysis, Time Studies, Line balancing, and Heijunka principle
• Strong project management and CAD skills
• Knowledge of industrial facility technology trends and lean manufacturing principles
• Preferred: Experience in mechanical product design, Master’s degree, Lean Six Sigma certification, and exceptional communication skills
