Systems Engineer Associate

The role is for a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space in Sunnyvale, CA, focusing on supporting the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program.

• Lead vehicle builds and reconfigurations.
• Lead test huddles and implement testing to meet program milestones.
• Participate in failure investigations and anomaly resolution boards.
• Develop necessary documentation to support program/company test requirements.
• Work with senior engineers on integration issues and future system capability.
• Perform cross-program coordination supporting all phases of product development.

• Bachelor's in Engineering or similar field.
• Experience leading a project.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Some experience in a lab setting supporting electrical or system testing.
• Hands-on lab experience in integration or systems engineering.
• Ability to work on-site full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
