Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to product, process, and packaging development
- Collaborate with Site Manufacturing and Engineering Teams
- Work on compliance functions including quality & food safety
- Engage in sensory testing
- Receive guidance and mentorship from a Line Manager or Functional Lead
- Build relationships across the organization
- Support R&D day-to-day operations
Job Requirements
- Pursuing degrees in relevant engineering disciplines or related fields
- Strong drive for results and eagerness to learn
- Enthusiastic about research, innovation, and consumer products
- Ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to intern the summer prior to graduation
- Successful completion of drug & background screening
