Mechanical Engineering Co-op - Spring/Summer 2025 (On-Site)

The position is for a Mechanical Engineering co-op at Collins Aerospace Mission Systems, focusing on the design, development, and testing of electronic equipment for communication systems on military aircraft and transportable platforms.

• Apply research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems.
• Produce models for components, parts, subassemblies, and assemblies.
• Execute tests for systems, subsystems, and components.
• Communicate effectively in a cross-functional team.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with Solidworks or similar 3D CAD software preferred.
• Familiarity with ANSYS or other mechanical analysis software preferred.
