Summer 2025 Intern - Electrical Design Engineer - California

The role is for an Electrical Engineering intern at Stryker, a global leader in medical technology.

• Design and develop electrical components for medical devices
• Apply circuit and electrical system test methods
• Assist with prototyping and bench testing
• Support problem solving and evaluate solutions against requirements
• Interpret customer needs and understand design inputs
• Learn and apply Med Device Compliance standards
• Work cooperatively with R&D team members to ensure project success

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
